Year End Newsletter for L.A.D.A 2008

15th Annual Dance Recital is almost here! June 13th is the dress rehearsal which will be at 5:30 pm. June 14th is the recital which will be at 1:00 pm! We love those matinees!

Ticket Information: Early Bird Special!

Tickets will be on sale for 3 weeks ONLY! From Monday May 5th through Thursday May 22 at the dance studio. They are $10.00 per seat. Children 3 and under are $6.00. After May 22nd, tickets WILL NOT be available to purchase at the studio. There will be NO tickets in the building! Tickets will be available at the door for $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for those 3 and under.

Picture Information:

Just like your kids soccer or baseball pictures! Easy! Hassle Free! Competitive prices! Pictures will be taken at the dress rehearsal! We’ll take their picture then send them on stage! Picture packets will be available in two weeks! All pictures must be pre-ordered, just like soccer or school pictures. No more ordering on-line! This is the easiest pictures have been in years! Pick your package and attach the check, then pictures will be sent out! Picture orders must be in by May 22nd.

DVD Information:

We were all WOWED last year with Life On A Disc’s work! Titles, Editing, credits, extremely professional and affordable! Order forms will be available next week.
All DVD’s must be pre-ordered. Orders must be in by May 22nd!

Hip Hop Students:

$25.00 for Hip Hop shoes is due May 1! There will be a $10.00 late fee charged to your account after May 22nd! We have an order deadline and it can effect all Hip Hop students if I am waiting on a couple people to pay.

END OF YEAR STATEMENTS:

You will soon receive your end of the year statement. Please notice that June’s tuition will be included on this. If you have any questions about your account, please don’t hesitate to call Tim on Thursdays at the studio.

Costume Information:

Many costumes are already in! Costumes will be given out the first week of June! Your child WILL NOT receive their costume if your account is not current. You will notice on the end of the year statement that you will receive soon, that tuition for June is also a part of your account balance. Please make sure that you either post date a June check or come in the first class your child has, the first week of June to bring your account current.
* Note if you are post dating a June check, the check cannot include May’s tuition or recital tickets or any other balance owed.

Recital Handbooks:

Look for your handbooks with all recital information coming soon!

Class Attendance:

Please make sure your child attends the rest of their classes! It really makes a difference when a dancer misses even one class at this point, as we are all finishing up choreography.
